Out of sight, out of mind is? Waiting on a letter when you're doing time, and
your people wont write or send you a dime.
Out of sight, out of mind is? Waiting on a visit that never takes place; from
friends or loved ones who seem to have forgotten your face.
Out of sight, out of mind is? Hearing them lie and say that they're trying;
Making you all sorts of promises, but you know that they're lying!
Out of sight, out of mind is? Making plans with someone who you really thought
you knew, but suddenly their plans change, and of course they don't include you.
Out of sight, out of mind is? Hearing those lines like, "You know I care", but
when you are in need of canteen, they aren't there.
Out of sight, out of mind is? Calling and hearing the blocks on the phones when
you want to express yourself, but you can't cause you're alone.
Out of sight, out of mind is? Searching for a helping hand, but your people
don't seem to understand.

It's really messed up doing time when your loved ones are acting blind; but hey, that's jail life. "Out of sight, out of mind'. Have you ever felt curious to know something or someone that has caught your attention? You know, the feeling you have when you spot a guy from a distance and there's just something about him that makes you feel eager to know more about him? They say curiosity killed the cat, well let this (Cat) kill your curiosity.
